We had a rather uncomfortable meeting last week with the administrators regarding the out-of-control behavior of the kids. I thought things had gotten a little better, but then today the science teacher resigned. Second teacher (out of six) this year. I am worried....
The good (?) news is that we have no kids all next week. The teachers go to a conference in Detroit on Monday & Tuesday, P/T conferences on Wednesday & Thursday, then professional development on Friday. Too bad we don't get the week COMPLETELY off, but at least I won't constantly be fighting for control the whole time.
I don't know. I know I should be grateful to have a job in this economy, but it is really starting to get to me.
